Shoppa has encountered some difficulties and must be restarted

This error message appears when an unexpected Shoppa error has occurred. This error can be caused by corrupt data, multiple active processes accessing Shoppas database or installation files as well as unidentified/unknown sources.

Perform these actions to resolve the issue:

  1. Shut down any active Shoppa sessions
  2. Restart Shoppa
  3. If the problem still occurs, delete the database. Learn how to perform a database reset in this article: Reset database
